Client Responsibilities

  • Not misuse our services or content for illegal or unethical purposes
  • Acknowledge that delays caused by lack of cooperation may affect deadlines and costs

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of digital services, we do not offer refunds once a project has started, unless otherwise agreed in writing. If a client cancels a project midway, the work completed up to that point will be invoiced accordingly.

In the event of non-delivery or service failure on our part, we will provide a credit or partial refund after internal review.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, Softoholic shall not be liable for:

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to our services for breach of Terms, non-payment, illegal activity, or misuse. Upon termination, all data and deliverables will be retained or deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Force Majeure

Softoholic shall not be held liable for delays or failure in performance due to causes beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, cyber-attacks, governmental actions, or pandemics.
