We got into this because so many businesses we spoke to had bought Zoho CRM, switched it on, and then barely touched it β€” the pipelines didn't match how they sold, and half the team went back to spreadsheets within a month.

So we started fixing that specifically β€” rebuilding pipelines, writing Deluge functions, connecting Zoho to the tools people were actually using day to day. We focus on real-world application: eCommerce stores syncing directly into Sales Orders, and recruitment agencies automating their entire candidate pipeline.
